Wedding Guest Transportation
Motorcoaches, Buses, Mini Buses, and Party Buses comprise our fleet of wedding guest vehicle options. They range in size from 47 Passenger Coaches to 55 Passenger Coaches. For larger weddings we offer multi-vehicle discounts on reserving several coaches or buses together. Are you inviting 450 guests to your wedding? If so, we've got you covered. After reserving, our in-house Wedding Transportation Coordinator will work with you to ensure that all of the pieces of a very large moving puzzle are planned and executed without a hitch.
Our Wedding Guest Transportation is provided in 8 Hour blocks of of service so coaches will be available to you to provide early shuttle runs at the end of the night if you have guests who would like to leave early. We have found that most of our weddings have a percentage of guests that like to leave early and we are glad to offer a shuttle run or two at no additional charge. We often have two different designated departure times scheduled that guests are informed of so they can leave when they are ready. Hours are billed to and from the City of Charlottesville. Additional time billed at vehicles hourly rate. Pick up times are set at 4 PM. If your pick up will be earlier than 4 PM or outside the City of Charlottesville please inquire about any surcharges or feasibility of service.
Select your first vehicle, choose your wedding date, select "Any Time" (we will fine tune exact times later) and choose the quantity of vehicle you would like. If we do not have availability the system will notify you.
Bridal Party Transportation
Depending on your bridal party group size choose from our SUVs (seating 3 to 7), our 14 Passenger Coaches and Vans or our 24 Passenger Limousine or Executive Coaches and Party Buses. We can shuttle your bridesmaids and groomsmen to and from hair, makeup, pre-wedding gatherings and in between. Like our wedding guest buses, our transportation for the bridal party can also be packaged in to other vehicles reservations to receive multi-vehicle discounts.

Often times the parents of the bride and groom, and more importantly the grandparents of the bride and groom may require special translation. Whether it be in a sedan, SUV, or limousine ensuring that your parents and grandparents arrive in style, safely, and on time to all of their destinations on this important (and sometimes stressful day) reserve a private service just for them. Parents and grandparents need to arrive early, or stay late, or leave early. Having a vehicle reserved just for them ensures they have maximum flexibility on the day of your wedding.
Get-Away Car
The most glamorous part of the evening is the get-away for you and your new bride or groom. Our vintage limousine and modern Mercedes Sedans offer the perfect way to begin your new life together. Your get-away from the reception to your hotel or B&B is likely the first time of your wedding day that you will have with your spouse.
