Our team has provided millions of people reliable transportation, ranging from airport transfers, tours, corporate shuttles, large weddings, conferences, and events. Since 2017 we have provided an Employee Shuttle Service that has doubled in size each year. RECRUITING

How much money do you spend annually on recruiting? In a competitive hiring market, making your hiring pool larger is both hard to do, and vital for success. With a guaranteed ride to work the available pool of employees becomes larger. Advertising “NOW HIRING” signs on our employee shuttles also increases visibility of available work to potential employees. Those who do not have easy access to internet can still see your company is hiring.


ATTENDANCE

How many employees have bad attendance? How does that impact productivity, not only for their job, but for everyone else’s job that is impacted by their absenteeism? Commitment To Safety

Albemarle Limousine is committed to being a leader in safety in the transportation industry.  In a recent US DOT audit, we were placed in the 99th percentile of all transportation companies, attaining the highest possible safety rating.  

Albemarle Limousine is fully insured through Philadelphia Insurance Companies and Accident Fund Insurance Company of America.  We conduct criminal background checks on all new hires as well as employment verification in line with DOT guidelines.  We have a zero tolerance policy on drug and alcohol use in the workplace. We conduct pre-employment DOT Drug and Alcohol screening on all chauffeurs. Random Drug Testing is also conducted for all employees in accordance with the governing laws and our drug testing policies.

Our online reservation system organizes all of our services allowing us to easily manage, dispatch, and assign efficiently and effectively from anywhere in the world. 

As redundancy, a reservation manifest is automatically emailed hourly to dispatchers, in case of system downtime. Since the inception of our company, this type of redundancy has not been needed, but it offers peace of mind.

Our strong systems feature automated wake-up calls for chauffeurs, automated text reminders at the client and chauffeur level. Over the course of our over decade of operation we have studied and put into place well researched and evaluated systems which allow our team to offer transportation services with much greater efficiency and effectiveness. Our system and experience ensure all services occur without fail, and as reserved.

Fleet Maintenance and Technology

By choosing vehicles with the highest safety ratings (Teslas, Mercedes Sedans, Ford, GMC, to name a few) we set ourselves up for success; every time we are on the road.  Our fleet is maintained and optimized for continuous transportation services through regularly scheduled and preventative maintenance programs. We rotate our fleet to remain current with all technological advances. This ensures safe, reliable, and modern vehicle amenities.   All of our vehicles have GPS on board so our dispatchers can track your trips. Additionally, we utilize ELD (Electronic Logging Devices) to ensure that all FMCSA and DOT regulations regarding hours of service are strictly followed.


Insurance

All Albemarle Limousine services are provided under our blanket of liability insurance which exceeds industry requirements.  Our Insurance agents work with us to ensure we understand the full breadth of insurance options and coverage plans. This helps us make sure we stay within the strict compliance of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (USDOT) regulations.  With a keen eye, our team monitors and enforces Hours of Service (HOS) logs, Dispatch Return Logs, and Vehicle Inspection Forms.

Currently our Automobile Liability Insurance Coverage provides $5,000,000 per occurrence, and out Commercial General Liability Coverage provides $1,000,000 per occurrence.  

 Albemarle Limousine is able to obtain Commercial Insurance Coverage consisting of combined Automobile liability and Umbrella Liability Insurance Coverage with limits of not less than of $10,000,000 per occurrence/$10,000,000 aggregate for coach service (16 or more persons) and $5,000,000 per occurrence/$5,000,000 aggregate for bus service (16 or more persons) and workers’ compensation insurance coverage, statutory limits, as required by law and employer’s liability insurance $500,000 per occurrence, $1,000,000 aggregate. 


Vehicle Cleaning and Disinfecting

Background Checks and Drug Testing

After undergoing our thorough interview process, our background check and drug test policy is strictly enforced before we welcome a chauffeur to our team and into your life.  Our intensive chauffeur training program ensures that on every trip you are greeted with our Albemarle method to transportation. Consistently stellar service is what we expect of ourselves and it is what we demand for our guests (that's you.)  

Our drug testing policy requires pre-employment drug and alcohol testing as well as random drug testing. Dispatchers are also trained, and qualified, to conduct Reasonable Suspicion drug testing. This ensures that all chauffeurs are working within the confines of the law and company policy.   


HR / Driver Training

Albemarle Limousine’s hiring, onboarding, and training process is rigid and thorough.  Only 10% of applicants meet our demanding initial review process. Of that approved group, only 50% complete our training process to earn a position on our team as a professional Chauffeur and/or CDL Licensed Chauffeur.

We utilize a secure digital suite to manage our HR and DOT required documents. Our time clock and payroll suite feature robust applications allowing for in depth reporting of hours worked, on duty, off duty, and additional required information.
