Travel Protection Plan / Credit Policy

Effective 8/1/2023, you have the option to purchase a Travel Protection Plan at 10% of your service’s total cost. The Travel Protection Plan must be added at the time of making your reservation, or at least 90 days prior to your reservation date. Travel Protection Plans cannot be added with less than 90 days before service date, unless added at the time of reserving. The Travel Protection Plan allows reservations made after 8/1/2023 to receive the Credit Policy as described below. 

Travel Protection Plan is available for all service types with the exception of Wedding or Wedding Related Transportation Services, and Airport Transfers (which have a different cancellation policy).

Travel Protection Credit Policy

Once you have purchased the Travel Protection Plan, should you elect to cancel your initial reservation, any payments on your reservation, not including the fee for the Travel Protection, may be turned into a Credit on your account. Credits may be redeemed up to 365 days from your originally scheduled service date. Credits hold a monetary value of the amount paid for your original service. The 10% fee for the Travel Protection does not go towards any future balance due and is applied exclusively to the Travel Protection.  Once paid, this 10% fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits issued through the Travel Protection Plan only apply to the original reservation.  Additional Travel Protection cannot be issued when redeeming credits.  If you have Travel Protection, you must cancel your reservation in writing to sales@albemarlelimousine.com, at least 24 hours prior to your service start pick up time to receive Credits. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice prior to service start time do not qualify for Credits, and no refunds will be issued.

Redeeming Travel Protection Plan Credit

1) The monetary value of your credit, which does not include the 10% fee paid for the Travel Protection, will be applied to the current rate of the service type for which the credit is being redeemed. Any balance due, in addition to the credit redemption, can be paid with your preferred payment method. Any unused credit balance cannot be redeemed for a refund. Any credit balance cannot be applied as a gratuity but can be applied to fuel surcharges.

2) Rescheduled reservations are subject to availability at the time of request.

3) After selecting a new date with a Credit the new date is set and cannot be canceled, changed, rescheduled, or refunded. When redeeming your credits they can be applied to any service type. Use your current confirmation number when redeeming.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Once reserved, dates cannot be changed or rescheduled.

If reserving service via a deposit link, the balance of your service will be billed to your card on file the following business day.
