Is gratuity included in your rate?

Gratuity is not included but can be provided for exceptional service. It is our policy to allow gratuity to be reflective of the level of service received. Gratuity can be offered for exceptional service. Unlike a restaurant, or other service industry, we pay above a minimum or living wage (unlike restaurant's which may compensate waitstaff at ~$3/hr). Thus, a 20% gratuity may be considered excessive. See below for a rough guideline for what is somewhat typical:

Sedan or SUV = 15% to 20%

10 to 14 Passengers = 8% to 15%

15 to 32 Passenger Coach = 6% to 12%
