Should you need to postpone or cancel due to COVID-19, a credit will be issued to you. There are no refunds for COVID-19 cancellations or postponements.
COVID-19 UPDATE TO OUR CLIENTS
We are working to reschedule all of our groups that were (and are still) affected by COVID-19. We are fortunate to have the staff we do in the face of something so detrimental to our world, lives, economy, and industry. As for our clients who have needed us as well, we appreciate your patience and understanding. THANK YOU ALL.
As we move into this next phase and begin to see things start to move again, the health and safety of our passengers, partners, and employees will remain a top priority. As you all continue to ask questions, our team has taken a number of precautionary measures to provide the highest level of protection for all those our service touches.
We have conducted a thorough cleaning of interior vehicle surfaces, removed all reading materials and ceased allowing food on board. We maintain close observation of staff and do not allow sick employees to report for work. Taking these precautions will help us to maintain the healthiest environment for all those we come in contact with.
We are here for you, just as you have been there for us. This will pass and those relationships will remain intact. In the meantime, thank you for your understanding and for being there.
