COVID-19:

For reservations booked after 9/27/2022, a COVID related cancellation does NOT result in a COVID Credit being issued unless you purchased a Travel Protection Plan.
You may purchase a Travel Protection Plan at 10% of your tour’s total cost. The Travel Protection Plan must be purchased at the time of making your reservation, or at least 60 days prior to your reservation date. Travel Protection Plans cannot be added with less than 60 days before service date, unless added at the time of reserving. The Travel Protection Plan allows reservations made after 9/27/2022 to receive the same COVID Credit Policy as described below, with the exception of COVID Credits awarded under the Travel Protection Plan being valid for only 12 months from initial reservation date.

COVID Credit Policy
Due to the unforeseen circumstances surrounding this virus we have modified our cancellation policy and in the case of a cancellation due to COVID-19, any payments on your reservation can be turned into credits on your account that can be redeemed up to 24 months from your scheduled service date. COVID Credits hold a monetary value of the initial amount paid for your reserved service.
When redeeming a COVID Credit:
1) The monetary value of your COVID credit will be applied to the current rate of the service type for which the credit is being redeemed. Any balance due, in addition to the credit redemption, can be paid with your preferred payment method. Any unused credit balance cannot be redeemed for a refund, but can be applied to another service within the 24 months credit expiration date. Any credit balance cannot be applied as a gratuity for a Chauffeur or Wine Trail Guide.
2) After selecting a new tour date with a COVID credit the new date is set and cannot be cancelled, changed, rescheduled, or refunded. When redeeming your credits they can be applied to any service type. Use your current confirmation number when redeeming.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
Once reserved, dates cannot be changed or rescheduled.
If reserving service via a deposit link, the balance of your tour will be billed to your card on file the following business day.
