Crosswalk Closures on northern and eastern crosswalks at 9th/Avon/Garrett/Levy Intersection and eastern crosswalk at Garrett/6th Street SE intersection.

Intermittent pedestrian travel stoppages in pedestrian tunnel to/from the Downtown Mall via the Pavilion on Water Street.
