Trump Grand Hall

TRANSPORTATION

1. Guests attending events taking place at Trump Grand Hall are allowed to park in the Grand Hall’s adjacent parking area. Shuttle service is encouraged, but not required.

a. The Event Manager can approve up to 7 guest cars to park at the venue for any guests who should require special consideration.

  1. The guest entrance and exit for events held at the Grand Hall is the Albemarle Gate.

  2. Shuttles may drop off and pick up just outside the Courtyard of the Grand Hall, but may not at any time enter the

    Courtyard. Car service for the bride and groom may enter the Courtyard and circle the fountain for sendoff.

  3. During the event, shuttles may stage at the paved lot adjacent to the venue or in the Barn & Pavilion parking lot if no other event is taking place at the Barn & Pavilion.

  4. Maps and directions suitable for distribution are available from the Event Manager.

Trump Barn & Pavilion

  1. The guest entrance and exits for events held at the Barn & Pavilion is the Grand Cru gate.

  2. Maps and directions suitable for distribution are available from the Event Manager.

NOTE: Shuttle companies who disregard this policy are subject to removal from the approved list and possible fines.
