Montalto Location Notes
Montalto is located near Monticello at 1400-1402 Mountain Top Farm, Charlottesville, VA 22902.
Vintage Limousine:
Must drive up the mountain in the day time with no passengers in the vehicle. Even if it is a nighttime get-away, the vehicle must stage before it is dark. The vehicle cannot make multiple trips up and down the mountain.
Max Vehicle Size Alert:
The largest vehicle that can send up to Montalto is a 32 passenger. For weddings that require larger coaches also, those larger coaches must stage at the Monticello visitors parking lot and the smaller vehicles (32 or smaller) must make shuttle runs up and down the mountain. Due to the narrow road going up the mountain, the shuttle runs must be coordinated so that the flow of traffic is only going up, or down, at any given time. There is no room to pull off the road when you are ascending or descending the mountain.
