All Inclusive Tour Training
In addition to our standard protocol for being a Wine Trail Guide, if you are providing an All Inclusive Tour there are a few other items for which you will be responsible.
Count your group members. Ensure they have the same amount as reserved. If they exceed the reserved amount please inform Dispatch and note this on your DRS as this will adjust their bill. Please also kindly note to the clients that they reserved for a certain number in their party, and that additional charges would apply based on the changed party size.
There is a complimentary light snack which you can provide to your clients as they get on the vehicle at the start of the trip. They can eat this in the vehicle or at one of the wineries that allows outside food.
There is a digital copy of the ABC permit which allows us to provide this service at the bottom of this page.
Payment of Tasting Fees:
For Tasting Fees please sign for a $2 per person gratuity for the tasting attendant.
For groups of 6 or fewer you will be paying with a Credit Card for the groups tastings. Collect a receipt at each winery and return receipt to the office after your tour. The tour will cover a Basic Tasting Fee of up to $15 each at each location. If the group would like an upgraded tasting we can add the additional fee to their bill once we settle their reservation. Collect a receipt at each winery and return receipt to the office after your tour. Place in an envelope and label with Reservation# Number and your name.
Payment of Bottle Service:
For Tasting Fees please sign for a $2 per bottle gratuity for the tasting attendant.
For groups of 7 or more you will pay for bottle service. Bottle service is when you do not have a "wine tasting" but instead full bottles are chosen to enjoy. For every four (4) party members, receive one bottle. Bottle choices are between your group and each winery. Bottle choices limited to $36/bottle or less. See below chart for full breakdown:
Due to COVID-19 you may need to purchase bottles for groups smaller than a party of 7. You can use the below bottle chart for groups smaller than 7.
If the group wishes to have extra wine, or more expensive bottles, we can still purchase this for them. The difference in cost will be billed to the client’s account once we settle the reservation.
Collect a receipt at each winery and return receipt to the office after your tour. Place in an envelope and label with Reservation# Number and your name.
