Cancellation Policy - What happens if I cancel?

If you wish to cancel, we will release the vehicle back into the available pool of vehicles. If we are be able to rebook that vehicle for another client we can fully refund you for that vehicle.

The likelihood of being able to rebook depends on the demand of the date, and how much time there is before the date. So the sooner the cancellation request comes in the better as it provide more time to potentially rebook the vehicle.

If you would like to upgrade, adjust, change, or bump up to a different size or adjust down down to smaller size, we can do that, given availability at the time of the request. The sooner the request to bump down or up the more likely we will be able to accommodate the request.

No refunds are issued.

*Cancellations of service should be issued via phone (434-531-5802) AND email (sales@albemarlelimousine.com) to ensure receipt.


Cancellation policy for hurricanes, and other weather conditions that make transportation unsafe:

If weather conditions on the date of service allow for safe transport then we consider the service as available and reserved. Refunds are not available.

If weather conditions prohibit safe transport on the date of service (ie. we are actively in a hurricane, or roads are flooded) we allow for a cancellation and refund, and we would preemptively notify the client of a cancellation. Refunds would be issued, minus processing fees.
