The past 5 years we have been voted as Best Wedding Transportation, we hope to have the opportunity to work with you to help make your wedding transportation flawless. With over a decade of experience specifically in the wedding transportation industry, we understand the intricacies and nuances that affect a wedding service, and we enjoy taking the stress out of the transportation planning process for our couples, parents, and planners.
SITE VISITS: For non-standard locations, ie. private residences which are not wedding venues, wineries, and hotels built for coaches a site visit may be required to confirm the vehicle size that you would like to reserve is safely able to provide transportation for your location(s). Site visits are priced according to location from Charlottesville. Charlottesville site visits start at $50.
RESERVATION BLOCKS: Services CANNOT be reserved for blocks of time less than those listed below. All Reservation Blocks are for continuous hours and CANNOT be split.
ADDITIONAL TIME: may be added, pending availability, to any vehicle at the additional hourly rate fee here.
TRAVEL TIME: For planning purposes, note that larger vehicles take longer to drive a route than a smaller vehicle. BIGGER BUS = LONGER TRAVEL TIME!
PICK UPS: Up to (3) pick up locations and (1) venue drop off locations are included in the 8 hours of service. Additional pick up locations and additional stops incur a fee of $50 per location. For most locations we can provide an Early Shuttle Departure for guests who wish to leave the reception before the wedding ends. There are some locations where this is not feasible. Inquire in advance to know if your location allows for an early departure time from the reception. GENERAL NOTE: We have restrictions on vehicle size at some of the hotels in the area. If you know the hotels you will be using prior to reserving, please share those with us so we can inform you of any issues. If you do not know prior to reserving, we may not be able to take the coach(es) you have reserved to that hotel and guests may need to walk to meet us.

8 Hours Billed from City of Charlottesville to City of Charlottesville

Couple’s Transportation
We have a variety of museum quality vintage limousines from which you and your fiancé can choose! If a vintage limousine is not your speed, we also have Brand New Teslas! You can reserve a single Get-Away car for just a Get-Away or just for afternoon photos. Or you can make a combination reserve your favorite vintage limousine for both wedding photos and your end of night Get-Away. If you like several options you can mix and match with your early afternoon vehicle and your end of night Get-Away!

FOR OUTSIDE CHARLOTTESVILLE WEDDING ONLY - TRAILERING FOR VINTAGE: For vintage limousine service, if your location is 35 miles outside the city of Charlottesville, or is in a hard to access area, we may have to trailer to your location. Trailering to locations up to 1.25 hours drive from the City of Charlottesville incurs a $800 fee in addition to the above rates. Trailering to locations up to 1.25 to 2.25 hours drive from the City of Charlottesville incurs a $1,250 fee in addition to the above rates.

If that is the case, we will send you options for the next closest vehicle size, if it is available. There will be a Deposit Link in your Quote Proposal to allow you to reserve. Please note that reservations cannot be secured without a deposit. Availability is limited and there is no guarantee of availability until your reservation receipt with confirmation number is sent. If you make a deposit, and we have sold out of your requested option, we can issue a refund if we do not have availability for a different vehicle you wish to reserve instead.
