What is your cancellation policy for rides to the airport?

We understand flights cancel, connection flights are missed, etc.

Sedan and SUV Reservations

If you cancel your reservation with a minimum of 1.5 hours prior to the set garage out dispatch time, we offer a full cancellation and refund for sedan and SUV reservations.

If your chauffeur has been called into the office, dispatched, or arrived on site, a cancellation fee of between 25% and 100% of the total balance due is billed based on the locations and timing.

12 Passengers and Up

For non-Saturday and non-holiday reservations, if you cancel your reservation with a minimum of 2 days prior to the set garage out dispatch time, we offer a full cancellation and refund.

For Saturday and holiday reservations cancellations must be made one month in advance or full balance is due.
